How To Apply For A Refund:

Download the Refund Application Form (RAF) and fill in the required details.

Allow 14-20 business days for processing. Notification of approval or rejection will be sent via email. This will depend on whether the refund request meets the requirement, as well as the terms and conditions.
Upon approval, return the item within 30 days of the refund application approval date. Kindly ensure that the item is packed and returned in good condition.
Refunds will be granted within 14-20 business days, once the returned package has been well-received and approved by Onecare management.
All money-back requests are subject to Onecare’s review and approval.

Refunds are only available under specific conditions for the following products:
Money-back requests must be made within 90 days from the product delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be eligible.
If it's an allergic reaction, customers must report allergic reactions within 3-5 days of receiving the product.
A certified doctor’s note or medical test results confirming the allergic reaction are required. Alternatively, before-and-after photos or other supporting data may be requested to support the claim as well.
Each customer may only return one unit of the same product, even if purchased as part of a bundle. Refunds will be limited to the value of one item only.
Products returned must have at least 20% of their contents remaining.
Original shipping fees and vouchers used during purchases are non-refundable. Any cashback used to purchase a money-back item will be reimbursed to the account accordingly.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including delivery fees, taxes, and tariffs.
Products returned after 30 days from refund application approval are not eligible for refunds.
Customers must use a traceable shipping method for returns to safeguard against loss or damage. Onecare is not liable for any logistical issues, including losses, damages, or delays during the return process.
Refunds will be processed within 14-20 business days of receiving the returned product in good condition.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, 2C2P, iPay88, Atome, Bank Transfer) or as an e-voucher upon request.
The money-back guarantee is not applicable in Indonesia and Vietnam.
