For returns due to an allergic reaction, customers must report the issue within 3-5 days upon receiving products. Certified medical proof is mandatory, including a doctor's note specifying the allergic reaction to the product or medical test results confirming it. The product must be less than half consumed (maximum 5 days of use), and returned in its original packaging.
For returns due to a lack of expected results, customers must report the issue within 90 days of purchase. Clear before-and-after evidence, like photos or measurements, is required. The returned product must have at least 20% remaining.
