How To Apply For A Refund:

  1. Download the Refund Application Form (RAF) and fill in the required details.

  3. Allow 14-20 business days for processing. Notification of approval or rejection will be sent via email. This will depend on whether the refund request meets the requirement, as well as the terms and conditions.

  4. Upon approval, return the item within 30 days of the refund application approval date. Kindly ensure that the item is packed and returned in good condition.

  5. Refunds will be granted within 14-20 business days, once the returned package has been well-received and approved by Onecare management.

  1. All money-back requests are subject to Onecare’s approval.

  2. Money-back guarantees are exclusively applicable within 90 days from the date of the product's delivery. Any requests submitted beyond this stipulated time frame will be considered ineligible.

  3. For returns due to an allergic reaction, customers must report the issue within 3-5 days upon receiving products. Certified medical proof is mandatory, including a doctor's note specifying the allergic reaction to the product or medical test results confirming it. The product must be less than half consumed (maximum 5 days of use), and returned in its original packaging.

  4. For returns due to a lack of expected results, customers must report the issue within 90 days of purchase. Clear before-and-after evidence, like photos or measurements, is required. The returned product must have at least 20% remaining.

  5. The following products are eligible for a money-back guarantee, but only under the specific conditions outlined for each:

    • MOIIVA™ - No improvement in gut health.

    • Alcalis™ - No decrease in uric acid levels, relief from gout pain, or reduction in urate crystals.

  6. Each customer may return only one unit of the selected product, regardless of whether the product was purchased in bundles.

  7. In the case of multiple units being returned, a refund will be granted for the value of one item, and the extra units will not be eligible for refunds.

  14. Refunds will be processed within 14-20 business days upon receiving the returned items in good condition, subject to Onecare's approval.

  15. Refunds will be disbursed using the original payment method (PayPal, 2C2P, iPay88, Atome, Bank Transfer) or in the form of an E-voucher, should a request be made.

  16. The money-back guarantee is applicable globally, except in Indonesia.
